Since 2002, Martha has been working with individuals, empowering them with the insight to manifest their goals by connecting to their deeper, intuitive selves. Martha provides her clients with an integrative approach to make changes that empower, using proven holistic methods and professional coaching practices, creating powerful, life-changing transformations. Martha believes the power to heal lies within. Through her guidance, support, and visionary insight Martha takes her clients inward, healing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
Martha overcame her own fears and limiting behaviors when she left a very successful 20-year career in Corporate America. Many thought she was crazy leaving the security of her career. What they didn't realize is that she had spent 5 years part-time building her business so that she could pursue her dream to help others learn a more holistic approach to health and happiness. During those 5 years she faced many challenges but she stayed focused on her belief that there had to be a different way to live than what she saw in the corporate world and her own LIFE for that matter! Martha overcame her own doubts and fears and is ready to help you too! Whatever you are going through ... you can get through it AND it is much better on the other side!
In addition to her degree in business, Martha holds a PhD, specializing in Holistic Life Counseling. She is a Certified Hypnotherapist, a Transformational Life Coach and a Spiritual Counselor, and works with energy medicine such as Homeopathy, Reiki, Crystal healing, Color Therapy and Flower Essences. She currently manages a successful business in the Arrowhead area, and sees private clients daily. She also hosts numerous group sessions on weight loss, stress-reduction and relaxation, and teaches hypnosis. Martha has extensive experience in both internal and external relationship healing.
