Evening Group Weight Loss
"Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching" with Martha Reed PhD - Holistic Life Counselor

Introducing GROUP Weight Loss program where you get both items in one night "Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching"! This fabulous program is designed to work alone or with HCG weight loss program. The goal is to change your relationship with food, improve your self-esteem, and mentally prepare you to succeed beyond obstacles such as life stressors, emotional upsets, environmental conditions -- not just for today but for a lifetime. By incorporating three very important components - "Mind, Body, and Spirit" - we provide you with all the support you need to lose the weight you want and to keep it off in a permanent and healthy way in only 1-1/2 hours per week! Prompt registration is advised as we are only taking 8 participants! I do have magnificent private session packages available at the office for those not interested in a group setting.
The program includes:
Weekly Sessions
Wednesday evenings from 7:00pm - 8:30pm.
7:00 - 8:30 Group Discussion/ Life Style Coaching and ending withHypnosis/Guided visualization (Dress comfortably and come prepared to reprogram those old eating habits and create the new healthy you).
You are also asked to listen to your "Forever Thin" Cd at least 3 times (more if you can) in between classes, which is included in the price for those that purchase the full program and will be given out on the first night of class.
BONUS: First 4 paid participants will receive an additional Guided Meditation CD of their choice (an $18.00 value!) produced by yours truly ME!
Everyone will be gifted 15 minutes of email coaching with me weekly if additional help is needed between classes.
